The site

Weekend Ball shows schedules, fields, scores and standings for youth baseball tournaments, from each tournament’s published information. Game times and fields change, sometimes at short notice. We update the pages as fast as we can, but always check with the tournament before you travel. Unless a page says so, Weekend Ball does not run the tournaments it shows.

Text message alerts

Weekend Ball Text Alerts is a text message program run by WEEKENDBALL LLC. It sends informational tournament game alerts for a team you chose to follow at Get text alerts: when the team’s field is running early or late, a game time or field changed, or the team’s next game is posted.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text STOP to opt out at any time. We send one text to confirm, then no more. Text START to sign up again.
• Text HELP for help, or email hello@weekendball.com.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to sign up.
• Only sign up a mobile number that is yours.
• After you sign up, we text you once to confirm. Alerts start only after you reply YES to that text.
• Signing up is optional: you don’t need it to use the site, and it is not a condition of any purchase. We never send marketing texts on this program.

Accounts and sign-in

You can sign in with Google or Microsoft. Keep your device and that account secure. Coach links and PINs are private to a team: don’t post them publicly.

What you send us

Only send recordings, files or feedback you have the right to share. You let us use them to run and improve Weekend Ball, for example to fill in scores and stats. Don’t send other people’s private information.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping or overloading it, no getting round its security, and no using it to harass anyone.

No warranty

The site and the texts are provided “as is”. Information can be late, incomplete or wrong, and texts can be delayed or not arrive.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, WEEKENDBALL LLC is not liable for missed games, travel costs or other losses from relying on information on the site or on a late or missing text.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date; using the site after that means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
